Dark Elves

To tell you the truth I have not painted a dark elf in a long time..... a very long long time, but all that will change soon when the storm raven is out in a few weeks I will de doing a unit for a good friend of mine in the USA, whats the betting I will start a Dark Elf army ... I hope not. I might just add to the unit and send him more.

Nearly done the Assault Squad, its just painting the little bits ie the metal bits, the chainswords and bolt pistols. and the heads ... just waiting for Let the Dice Deside for five heads with comms.

Just primed the second half of the Assault squad and yes the grenades were on before I primed, I have one guy with two chain swords, two flame units the unit leader has a power sword and a melta bomb. Also they were washed and highlighted need to get a differant light green as the pot of scorpion green is a bit wishy washy.

Ordered the Badab War Book two on tuesday, wonder if I'm one of the 500 people who get a signed copy... only time will tell.

Put together 4 remaining assault marines legs and bodies last night, primed them and forgot to add the grenades before priming. so its time to add the grenades D'oh nuts mmmm donuts.

Any how I have been working on Brother Master Libby Obi-Wan with the "These are not the droids your looking for ... Move along." With the classic wave of the hand.

The test mini came out darker than planned but I dont care they are my minis shame there is no Scorpion green primer out there (Hint Army Painter).

Got one of the chapterhouse jump packs primed at about 01:30 ish GMT.
